The Competition Gymnastic Program is for gymnasts seriously committed to developing perfecting and competing at the higher levels of gymnastics. Gymnasts must be evaluated by the coach or move up through the skill classes to join this program. Gymnasts compete at State, Regional and National level USAG and YMCA.

Westport's Exhibition Team is ranked second in the nation and has consistently brought home awards for choreography, stunting, acro, dance and tumbling. The girls have performed in Arizona, Texas, California Florida, Las Vegas, Washington DC and all over the East Coast including the Gymnastic Olympic Trails Finals at the Fleet Center in Boston and opened for The TJ Maxx Tour of National Gymnastic Champions.
